Shipping and Delivery

  • How long does shipping take?
    • In our mission to produce sustainably, we work on a pre-order basis, once you buy your item you will receive it within 4 weeks. Depending on your location please allow some additional days. 

  • Do you ship internationally?
    • We currently offer shipping in Europe and North America, but aim to expand to international shipping gradually.

  • What are your shipping costs?
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We offer free shipping for orders above 250 euros.
  • What happens if my order doesn't arrive?
    • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time-frame, please contact our customer support at cs@apieceofc.com.

Orders and Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and PayPal. 
  • Is my order information secure?
    • Yes, we use Stripe to process payments, which ensures your information is secure.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    • You can cancel or modify your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible at cs@apieceofc.com.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?
    • We offer 14-day return policy, the garment should be unworn, in its original state and the hangtag should not be removed.

  • How do I initiate a return or exchange?
    • Please contact our customer support to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • How long does it take to process a refund?
    • Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.

Products

  • What are your products made of?
    • We aim to use natural fabrics as much as we can, all the fabrics we use are made in Europe, these include but are not limited to cotton, virgin & recycled wool, and cashmere. For specific details on each product, please refer to the product description page.

  • How do I care for my A Piece of C items?
    • You can find care instructions for each garment on our product page, as well as on the care label inside the garment once you’ve received your item.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    • No, we currently do not offer gift wrapping.
