• All of our items are made to order. As a result, please allow up to four weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. This allows us to minimize waste and ensure that each piece is manufactured to the highest standards.
2. Shipping Costs:
• Free shipping is available for orders over €250.
• For orders under €250, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone.
• We offer standard shipping rates and estimated delivery times during checkout to give you an accurate idea of when your order will arrive.
3. Shipping Methods:
• We use reputable courier services to ensure your items are delivered securely and on time.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped so you can follow its progress.

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return an item, please follow our returns policy outlined below:

1. Return Window:
• You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your items, in line with EU regulations.
2. Return Conditions:
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.
3. Return Process:
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cs@apieceofc.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
• Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return in your email.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds:
• Once we receive your returned items and they pass our inspection, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges:
• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
